Returns
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we have a strict return & refund policy for adult products. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sealed.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used adult toys
- Intimate apparel
- Personal lubricants
- Any product that has been worn or shows signs of use
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the given address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
